This policy explains what personal data KIVA collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have kept it short and clear, because that is how we work.
KIVA is operated by Transformation Lab Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number, 12368189, registered office at 12 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0LB United Kingdom ("KIVA", "we", "us").
We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect and why
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name and email address. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential engagement. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
We do not collect payment data, special category data, or data from children.
The legal basis for processing
We process your contact details on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have chosen to send to us.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for 12 months. If an engagement follows, we retain relevant correspondence and contractual records for 6 years in line with standard UK legal requirements. After those periods, data is securely deleted.
Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Where we use tools to receive or store your data (such as Squarespace for our contact form), those providers act as data processors under appropriate contractual terms.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at dil@transformationlab.org.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not notify you individually unless required to do so by law.

The short version
This site does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that require your consent. We use only the functional cookies that Squarespace sets to keep the site running.

Our site is built on Squarespace. Squarespace sets a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function — including session management and security. These do not track you across other sites, and they do not store personal data.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or analytics service.
